1. Connect QuestionPro
- 1Find your API keyIn QuestionPro, open My Account → API and copy your API key. See how to generate your API key.
- 2Select your datacenterChoose the datacenter that matches your QuestionPro account (US, EU, CA, AE, AU, SurveyAnalytics, US Government, or KSA). Using the wrong region will cause an "invalid key" error.
- 3Add your User ID (Customer ID)Your QuestionPro User ID is your Customer ID, found under My Account → Customer ID after you log in. It is required. Paste the key, pick the datacenter, add the Customer ID, and click Connect.
2. Connect Blackboard Learn
- 1Register a REST applicationIn the Anthology/Blackboard Developer Portal, create an application to get an Application Key and Secret.
- 2Authorize it in your Blackboard instanceYour Blackboard admin adds the application's ID under Admin → REST API Integrations and maps it to an instructor account.
- 3Enter your detailsProvide your Blackboard base URL (e.g. https://yourschool.blackboard.com), the key, the secret, and your instructor username, then click Connect.
3. (Optional) Register the LTI 1.3 tool
Needed only for graded, single sign-on survey links. In Blackboard, go to Admin → LTI Tool Providers → Register LTI 1.3 Tool and use these URLs from the LTI Setup card below:

Then paste the Client ID Blackboard gives you into LTI Setup → Register manually. Completed surveys post participation scores back to the gradebook automatically.
